"Carneutec ™ Environmental Protection Intelligent Carbon Reduction Center", independently developed by Zhonghuan International, and based on the technology of "Durr (US) Research Institute of Chemical", the project includes three intelligent systems: "environmental protection intelligent separation area", "environmental protection renewable pyrolysis area" and "ECO-4R thermal output area". The "environmental protection intelligent sorting area" is a fully automatic intelligent AI identification and sorting area, which can intelligently sort waste rubber and plastic products into raw materials that can be used directly or not. "Environmental friendly and renewable pyrolysis zone" carries out precise temperature control and deep pyrolysis treatment on the sorted raw materials that cannot be directly used, and separates liquid fuel, gas fuel, steel wire and biomass fuel. "ECO-4R thermal output zone" carries out physical conversion of liquid fuel, gas fuel, hot water and biomass fuel, and finally generates renewable energy, industrial hot water and industrial steam based on liquid fuel, biomass fuel and gas fuel. It can serve many industries such as energy, metallurgy, papermaking, manufacturing, textile, chemical industry, building materials and food, and broaden the field of renewable resource utilization, truly realize the closed loop of carbon neutral related industrial chain.

The project is based on the technology of the Durr (US) Research Institute of Chemical. Through the pyrolysis process including fixed bed pyrolysis, moving bed pyrolysis, fluidized bed pyrolysis, rotating (internal rotating) bed pyrolysis and other technologies, the project can achieve high production efficiency, intelligent control, safety and reliability, energy conservation and emission reduction, including three intelligent systems: "environmental protection intelligent sorting area", "environmental friendly renewable pyrolysis area" and "ECO-4R thermal output area".



  • Environmental protection intelligent sorting area

    The environmental protection intelligent sorting area sorts waste rubber and plastic products into non directly usable raw materials and directly usable raw materials.

  • Environmental friendly renewable pyrolysis zone

    The environmentally friendly and renewable pyrolysis zone carries out precise temperature control and deep pyrolysis treatment on the sorted raw materials that cannot be directly used to separate liquid fuel, gas fuel, steel wire and biomass fuel.

  • ECO-4R thermal output area

    The "ECO-4R thermal output zone" physically converts liquid fuels, gaseous fuels, hot water, and biomass fuels to generate industrial hot water, industrial steam and renewable energy which are mainly liquid fuels, biomass fuels, and gaseous fuels.

CarNeuTEC™Environmental Friendly Renewable Pyrolysis System

Organic gas conversion system

Each layer of heat exchange tube bundle of spiral wound heat exchange equipment is uniformly wound in the shell with a spiral structure according to a certain law. The heat transfer is fully enhanced and the heat transfer coefficient is improved by extending the length of the tube side. The thermal conductivity is up to 14000w/ (㎡ ·℃). The equipment is made of Q235B (c), 20R, Q235A (b) and other materials, with the characteristics of heat resistance, thermal conductivity and so on.

Regeneration organic carbonization modification system

The indirect heating "organic solid pyrolysis, oil gasification and gas coagulation" technology is used to treat organic wastes, which will transform and increase the value of non reusable substances. The core reactor is made of Hastelloy, titanium alloy, wc9, WCB, 355b and Q345R, which makes the core equipment have high strength, good corrosion resistance and high heat resistance, and ensures safe and reliable production and operation.

Water cycle heat capture system

The water cycle waste heat capture equipment utilizes tube/shell heat exchangers made of titanium alloy, Q345B, ceramics, and other materials. The overall design features low thermal conductivity on the outside and high thermal conductivity on the inside. This production method results in equipment with high strength, good corrosion resistance, and excellent heat resistance (up to 450℃~750℃). Additionally, new refractory fiber and proprietary nano-level thermal insulation are used, so that the heat loss in the capture process is further reduced, and the heat capture capacity can reach more than 90%, greatly improving the heat recovery and capture capacity of flue gas.

"Green" purification system

"Green" purification equipment is a new type of oil residue separation and purification equipment that is forced to form a film through a rotating film wiper, flows at high speed, has high efficiency heat transfer, and has a short residence time (about 5-15 seconds). It can perform falling film evaporation under vacuum conditions. It has large heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short flow time and large operating flexibility. The film scraper will continuously scrape the feed on the heating surface into an even liquid film and create a working state of oil residue separation; In this process, the fine components are separated and the residue is discharged from the bottom of the equipment, thus separating the clean fuel.

The air powder mixture is fed directly into the burner through the biomass fuel pipeline after grinding, where it is sprayed into the furnace with oil mist and burned together. The recycled organic particles release a significant amount of heat energy during combustion in the furnace. A water-cooled tube wall made up of metal pipes lines the inside of the furnace, primarily absorbing heat energy released by combustion in the form of heat radiation. The heat is transferred to the water in the water-cooled pipe wall and finally formed hot water or saturated steam.
