According to the agreement of both parties, Ouyue Group will introduce projects with the help of Zhonghuan International's influence and resources in Saudi Arabia, and invest 200 million yuan in Zhonghuan International for joint project development. As an excellent representative of China and Saudi Arabia's production capacity and a representative of Chinese enterprises in key industries, Zhonghun International has rich resource advantages and operation experience in Saudi Arabia. Both parties will jointly design, plan, invest, build and operate Saudi Arabia's green resource industry in accordance with the framework of the agreement, including: Mineral resources exploration and mining projects, electronic cigarette projects, steel alloy production projects, metal galvanizing projects, zinc dust removal ash resource utilization projects, steel slag resource utilization projects, modified asphalt waterproof materials projects, commercial real estate development projects, industrial plant construction projects, aluminum profile production and spraying projects, aluminum doors and Windows processing and manufacturing projects, engineering equipment leasing projects, etc.

The strategic investment of both parties will be fully used for the production capacity project of China and Saudi Arabia. Zhonghuan International is responsible for the initiation, undertaking and local policy guarantee of the project in Saudi Arabia, while Ouyue Group is responsible for providing technology, professional team, operation and management.
